Again it comes to hormones here; our body over the years has gone through a vicious hormonal cycle when we eat processed foods. It releases to much insulin to deal with all the items, then it releases androgens to force us to eat again so our blood sugar doesn't fall to low. This insulin/androgen combo causes our skin to make to much oil as well as causes our skin to die rapidly and clump up together; it's the perfect combo to cause clogged pores.

You must stop treating acne like it's a problem that starts and develops on your skin. By doing this, you'll never succeed in becoming clear.
